Overview

The report describes Link's shift to integrated sustainability governance, including the formal establishment of a Board Sustainability Committee and reaffirmation of its operational net-zero emissions target for 2035. It reports 21 ESG data points independently reviewed by Ernst & Young. For 2024/2025, the report discloses 1,045,279 GJ of total energy consumption, 7,594 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 122,876 tonnes CO2e of Scope 2 emissions and 472,401 tonnes CO2e of Scope 3 emissions. It also highlights 27.0% general waste recovered/recycled and a workforce of 1,441 permanent employees plus 66 temporary employees.
