Overview

The report describes Lockheed Martin's first full year implementing its 2025 Sustainability Management Plan, organized around resource stewardship, digital responsibility, workplace resiliency and business integrity. It reports 2021 gross Scope 1 emissions of 297,630 MT CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 554,643 MT CO2e and a 70% intensity-reduction target by 2030. The company also reports 100% completion of required anti-corruption training, 23% female workforce representation and 31% female board representation. It published its inaugural Human Rights Report and provided approximately $12 million to organizations supporting selected Sustainable Development Goals.
