The report describes Logista Group's newly formalized CSR framework and notes that its Audit and Control Committee monitors compliance with the CSR Policy and reports to the Board. It reports 239,397 Tm CO2e of emissions for fiscal 2015, including 35,065 Tm CO2e of direct emissions, while more than 90% of facilities used renewable-produced electricity in 2015-2016. The Group's average headcount was 5,545 direct employees, and average training reached almost 14 training hours per professional. CDP recognized Logista as a Climate Disclosure Leader and included it in the 2016 A-List.
