The report describes a year of continued growth and diversification, including acquisitions of Belgium Parcels Service, Speedlink and Transportes El Mosca. The company launched a 2024-2026 ESG strategic plan with environmental, social and governance objectives. Logista reported 132,133 tonCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 267 tonCO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions and 396,116 tonCO2e of Scope 3 emissions, while 97% of total energy consumption came from renewable energy. Women represented 50% of the board, and the required non-financial information was subject to independent limited assurance.
