Overview

The report describes 94% of 2015/16 targets as achieved, alongside the launch of a Responsible Procurement Policy and contractor checklist. It reports 7,080 MWh of energy consumption, 6,191 m3 of water consumption and 99 tonnes of waste, with 39% recycled and all waste diverted from landfill. It also highlights three BREEAM Very Good certifications, 536 kW of solar PV and a first independent tenant survey covering the top 35 tenants. EPRA sBPR Gold recognition and improved GRESB performance are additional reporting highlights.
