Sustainability Report

The report gives a 2014 sustainability overview across Lotte Shopping's four business divisions, combining economic, environmental and social KPIs. It highlights companywide sustainability governance through a CEO-chaired Sustainability Management Committee and describes initiatives on energy, water, waste, ethical management, employee welfare and shared growth. The report also includes a GRI G4 index and independent third-party reasonable assurance over environmental, health and safety, and social data.
