Sustainability Report

The report describes LOTTE Shopping's first year of proactive ESG engagement, including a 12.5% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared with 2018 and the establishment of a Board-level ESG Committee. It also covers initiatives on renewable energy, circular resources, sustainable supply chains, human rights and employee development. The 2021 Sustainability Report was prepared in accordance with the Core Option of the GRI Standards and independently assured by Korea Management Registrar.
