Sustainability Report

The report presents LOTTE Shopping's 2024 group-wide sustainability program across its retail divisions, supported by Board and ESG Committee oversight and a double materiality process. It reports final SBTi approval for a 46.2% Scope 1, 2 and 3 reduction by 2031 and a carbon-neutrality roadmap extending to 2040 and 2050. Environmental disclosures include 2024 Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, energy, waste and water data, while social sections cover human rights, employees, safety, supply-chain support and community programs. External assurance is provided through NICE Information Service and Korean Standards Association GHG verification.
