Consolidated Sustainability Statement

The report presents Lottomatica's first CSRD/ESRS-aligned consolidated sustainability statement for 2024. It covers the Group's environmental, social and governance impacts, including quantified decarbonisation targets, circular-economy initiatives and detailed workforce disclosures. The company reports 2,667 employees at year-end and describes responsible-gaming, human-rights and business-conduct programmes. The statement also reports a 64% Scope 1 reduction target by 2033 and at least a 95% Scope 2 market-based reduction target by 2025.
