Overview

The report presents Mindtree's 2013-14 sustainability performance across people, economic value, environmental stewardship and community contributions. It reports 12,926 employees, a zero-fatality work environment and 28% women in the total workforce, while noting a woman director joined the Board. Environmental disclosures include gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 752.48, 24369.64 and 15373.02 metric tons CO2e, respectively, and 90% of solid waste recycled. KPMG provided limited assurance under ISAE 3000, alongside GRI G3.1 and UNGC/NVG-SEE reporting.
