Overview

The report presents Mindtree's FY 2017-18 sustainability performance under GRI G4 Comprehensive, covering sustainability governance, material issues, innovation, communities, people and resource efficiency. It reports 61% of overall energy needs from renewable sources, while Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions were 1,461, 10,157 and 19,814 tons CO2e, respectively. The report also describes innovations including Samruddhi Abhiyan and YORBIT, alongside CSR and workforce programs. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP provided limited assurance over the sustainability performance indicators.
