Overview

The report presents LTI's FY 2020-21 sustainability performance across operations, people and environmental stewardship. It reports 35,991 global employees and 30.23% women in the workforce. Its environmental roadmap is India-focused, while the report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards (Core), aligned with UNGC and the SDGs, and independently assured by Bureau Veritas under AA1000AS.
