Annual Financial Report

The report describes LU-VE Group's 2022 consolidated performance, including revenues of 617,075 thousand Euro and 4,058 employees at year-end. It reports 296,748 GJ of energy consumption by the Group's production companies and no fatalities at work. Sustainability oversight was strengthened through a Corporate Sustainability Steering Committee and a Board-approved Sustainability Plan 2023-2025. The report also presents EU Taxonomy eligibility shares of 50.7% of turnover, 37.3% of CapEx and 52.1% of OpEx, and states that the consolidated non-financial statement was prepared in accordance with GRI and subject to limited assurance.
