Annual Financial Report

The report describes LU-VE Group's first 2023-2025 Sustainability Plan, approved by the Board and organised around climate neutrality, positive-impact products, employee engagement, and sustainability in the business plan. It reports a 6.39% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions against the 2022 baseline, alongside photovoltaic generation and purchases of certified renewable electricity at several facilities. The Group also provided 39,047 hours of training during 2023.
