Consolidation and Restructuring Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents Luen Thai's next 2023-2027 sustainability strategy across people, community and planet, following completion of its prior five-year targets. It reports 2023 Group Scope 1 emissions of 13,708 tCO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 19,332 tCO2e, alongside solar generation and resource-conservation initiatives. The workforce totaled 31,393 employees, while the Board retained overall responsibility for ESG oversight and the Sustainability Committee monitored implementation.
