Sustainability and Accounts Report

The report describes Luís Simões' 2017 focus on digitalisation, including an automated pick-to-light process that improved productivity, employee health and material efficiency. It also reports more than 30,000 hours of employee training and continued safety initiatives across the Iberian Peninsula. Environmental efforts included fleet renewal, natural-gas vehicles and energy-efficiency measures in logistics centres. Consolidated turnover reached 239,2 Million Euro, a record for the Group.
