Overview

The report presents the Luka Ploče Group's second voluntary sustainability report for 2023, covering the parent company and three wholly owned subsidiaries and following ESRS and the EU Taxonomy Regulation. The company reports adoption of a Sustainable Development Strategy to 2030 with a view to 2050 and the appointment of an ESG Committee. Key 2023 disclosures include 474 employees, 144,577 m3 of water consumption and 117.945 t of waste generated. The report also records the Group's first GHG inventory, covering 2022, at 3,548.6 t CO2e, alongside 2.819 MWh of renewable electricity produced in 2023.
