The report records Luz Saúde Group headcount of 11,419 at the end of 2016 and reports 47,998 hours of training. It highlights Hospital Beatriz Ângelo’s ISO 14001 environmental certification and provides group environmental results, including water consumption of 281131 m3 and hospital residuals of 3510 ton. The report says water consumption rose 8.5% while overall hospital residuals fell 0.3%.
