Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents LVMH's 2013 social responsibility programme around four pillars: well-being at work, talent and know-how, preventing discrimination, and supporting local communities. It highlights the Group's signing of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles Charter with 33 companies and reports women holding 37% of executive committee positions. Other initiatives include safety investment, disability employment, leadership development and mentoring that helped 224 young people find work.
