Overview

The report recaps the company's ACTION sustainability transformation programme and its 12 commitments across Planet and People. It sets a carbon-neutral ambition for 2030, a 50% reduction target for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions from a 2019 base year, and reports a 2021 market-based Scope 1 and 2 footprint of 1,132 tonnes CO2e alongside 33,463 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The company also established a sustainability governance structure, linked sustainability performance to executive remuneration, and expanded inclusion, training and community programmes.
