Sustainability Report

The report describes a 22% reduction in absolute emissions from the 2019 baseline and reports that 89% of Group electricity came from renewables in 2023. It highlights five electric trucks in operation, a new Northern Innovation Lab, and expanded support for customers seeking more sustainable packaging. The Group began mapping its value-chain Scope 3 emissions and committed to publishing its footprint in the 2024 Annual Report. The report also describes expanded supplier ESG controls and more than 750 hours of community volunteering during 2023.
