Sustainability Report

The report describes a 2020 sustainability program centered on operational energy management, climate reporting and inclusive sourcing. It reports 1,252,407 MWh of total energy consumed and separately discloses Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions. Sustainability governance assigns ultimate oversight to the Board of Directors and includes ESG mandates in Board committee charters. Supplier diversity progress included $457 million purchased from underrepresented businesses.
