Sustainability Report

The report describes Macy's, Inc.'s 2022 launch of Mission Every One and its $1.4 billion directed toward a more equitable and sustainable future. It reports 95+ active solar sites producing approximately 56 million kWh and FY2022 Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 40,901 and 439,168 metric tons CO2e, respectively. The company estimates eight relevant Scope 3 categories at 12,557,258 metric tons. It also reports more than $35 million directed to nonprofit partners and nearly 54,000 colleague volunteer hours.
