Annual Report

The report presents Magnit's 2021 expansion, including the acquisition of Dixy, which added scale to the Group's Russian retail network. It highlights record trading performance, with total revenue of RUB 1,856.1 bln and e-commerce GMV of RUB 11.2 bln. Sustainability priorities covered climate, energy, waste, responsible sourcing, employees and communities, with reported reductions in specific electricity consumption and GHG emissions since 2019. The Group also reports an expanded 11-member Board, including its first female Board member.
