Overview

The report presents Magnit's 2023 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics. Environmental highlights include a 31% reduction in specific GHG emissions against the 2019 baseline, 68% recyclable private-label packaging and 1.4 million tonnes of waste generated. The workforce totaled 357.2 thousand people, while more than 175 thousand employees completed disability-inclusion training.
