Sustainability Report

The report describes how the company maintained nationwide postal and logistics services during the COVID-19 pandemic while employing 26,879 people at year-end. It reports total 2020 energy consumption of 815,815 GJ and carbon emissions of 50,285 tonnes on a market-based basis. The company also set a new target to reduce gross carbon emissions by 18.1% by 2030 from a 2017 base year.
