Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is the Group's first sustainability report for 2003, covering GRI-based economic, social and environmental performance. It highlights group-level environmental coordination, ISO 14001 systems, employee development and a 14,710-person workforce. Environmental disclosures include group electricity use, energy-related CO2 emissions and waste and water indicators. Deloitte verified the report and its sustainability indicators.
