Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes MCL's record 2016-17 operating performance, including 139.21 million tonnes of coal production and gross sales value of Rs.24291.14 Crore. It highlights the use of Surface Miner Technology for 92% of coal production and environmental initiatives including zero liquid discharge. The report also records 22,036 employees and women employees representing 8.09% of the workforce. CSR expenditure reached Rs.166.60 Crore, supporting health, education, sanitation, rural development, and environmental projects.
