Integrated Annual Report

The report presents Mahindra & Mahindra's first integrated-reporting approach across financial, human, social and natural capital for FY2017-18. It reports a workforce of 41,673 permanent and non-permanent employees, alongside environmental KPIs including 17,03,273 GJ of total energy consumption, a 2% renewable-energy share and total water consumption of 14,06,365 m3. The report also describes materiality matrices, CSR programmes and a Board-level CSR Committee that monitors CSR and sustainability activities.
