Sustainability Report

The report presents Mahindra Lifespaces' sustainability performance for FY2018-19, highlighting a 100% certified green portfolio and five newly certified projects. It reports 155 tCO2e of Scope I emissions, 2,755 tCO2e of Scope II emissions, and 277,001 tCO2e of Scope III emissions, alongside zero fatalities and zero reportable accidents. The company states that it committed to science-based targets and submitted them to SBTi for approval. Community initiatives included support for more than 3,500 beneficiaries and the planting of 160,000 saplings.
