Overview

The report presents MakoLab's 2022 CSR activities across environmental management, workforce diversity, human rights and local community engagement. It reports 334 staff members at year-end and describes equal-opportunity, anti-discrimination and safe-working practices. Environmental initiatives included waste segregation, eliminating disposable plastic items and reporting 180.66 m3 of water consumption. The company also supported Ukraine, local charities, Green Łódź and Poland Business Run.
