Sustainability Report

The report presents Malaysia Airports' 2012 sustainability performance across economic, workplace, environmental, community, and airport-experience themes. It reports a total workforce of 8,605, including 32.5% women, and provides energy and water data for the corporate office and major airports. Environmental highlights include Green Day, energy audits, resource initiatives, and testing of the ACERT carbon calculator, while the report notes that a full organisational carbon footprint was not yet available. SIRIM QAS independently verified the sustainability activities included in the report and concluded that it was in accordance with GRI G3.1 at the C+ application level.
