Sustainability Report

The report presents Malaysia Airports' eighth sustainability report for 2016 and its first prepared under GRI Standards Core, with SIRIM QAS independent verification. It reports 505,106,878 kWh of total energy consumption, 19,876 MWh of solar production, 375,585 tonnes of total CO2e emissions, and 11.0 million m3 of water consumption. Workforce disclosures cover 9,548 employees, while the report highlights a 10% per-passenger carbon reduction target by 2020 and a materiality process covering 52 issues, 26 prioritized.
