Annual Report

The report describes how the company navigated the COVID-19 shock while keeping its airport network operating and implementing extensive health, safety and contactless-service measures. Group revenue fell to RM1,866.3 million in FY2020, down 64.2% year on year. The company reports an overall Gold sustainability rating, Gold ratings for social, governance and positive impact, and Silver for environment. It also established a Sustainability Committee to oversee ESG matters and published a separate Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core Option.
