Annual Report

The report describes the integration of the acquired Pasir Gudang yard, increasing fabrication capacity from 69,700 MT to 129,700 MT, as part of a group transformation programme. It reports 2012 revenue of RM3.3 billion and net profit after tax of RM243.2 million. Its HSE and environmental disclosures describe safety initiatives and recycling and waste-management activities. Community efforts included contributions to local residents, schools, and charitable causes.
