Integrated Annual Report

Overview

The report presents MRCB's 2025 integrated annual and sustainability disclosures for the Group's Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand operations. It applies a double-materiality assessment and reports enhanced IFRS S1/S2-aligned climate disclosures, including a 2024 baseline and 2025 gross emissions of 13,099 tCO2e Scope 1, 20,999 tCO2e Scope 2 and 170,951 tCO2e Scope 3. The Group reports 1,318 average employees, 37.5% women on the Board and 36.1 average training hours per employee. Selected sustainability information received reasonable assurance from BSI, including Scope 1, Scope 2, selected Scope 3 categories, energy, water, employment and social metrics.
