Annual Financial Statements

The report describes the Group's ESG approach across its lending, wealth management and leasing operations. It reports 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 60.01 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 41.23 tCO2e and reported Scope 3 emissions of 128.13 tCO2e, alongside a target to reduce absolute emissions by more than 40% by 2030. The Board retains ultimate responsibility for ESG and climate-related matters, and management undertakes an annual ESG materiality review.
