Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents MAPFRE's 2009 CSR performance globally under GRI G3, with an independent limited review. It highlights expansion of the Social Responsibility Committee, creation of a Group-wide Disabilities Taskforce and approval of a Group-wide Code of Conduct and Ethics. Environmental results include 1,198 tonnes of recycled paper and management of 4,205 retired office equipment items, alongside participation in the 2009 Carbon Disclosure Project Spanish Report.
