Social Responsibility Annual Report

The report presents MAPFRE's 2014 sustainability reporting under GRI G4 comprehensive guidelines, supported by a Group materiality analysis and a workforce of 37,053 employees. It reports a commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent from the 2013 carbon footprint by 2020, alongside environmental and energy-efficiency initiatives. Ernst & Young independently reviewed the report under ISAE 3000 using limited assurance procedures.
