Overview

The report covers Marico’s FY 2021-22 business responsibility performance, including ethics, product sustainability, employee wellbeing, environmental management and inclusive-growth programs. It reports product sustainability assessments for the top 30 SKUs, 70% renewable energy in operations, and collection and safe disposal of 6,299 MT of post-consumer waste. Community initiatives included INR 22.32 Crores of spending, 7,976 young women enrolled in Nihar Skills Academy, and programs supporting farmers, students and other beneficiaries.
