The report describes a difficult 2009: Group net sales fell 10.7% to EUR 72.5 million, while year-end staffing was 370. It reports six new overseas concept-store openings, including five in Japan, and investment in product categories such as tableware and jewellery. Its CSR section applies GRI G3 guidelines and describes supply-chain responsibility, employee training, and a social responsibility steering group that reports to the Board.
