The report presents Plan A as a core business initiative, reporting that 39 of its 100 commitments had been achieved after two years, with 24 commitments going further. It reports an 18% reduction in net CO2 emissions and a 10% improvement in store energy efficiency. Its waste update says around 116,000 tonnes were produced, of which 41% was recycled.
