The report describes Marks & Spencer's progress after five years of Plan A, with 138 of 180 commitments achieved. Its UK and Republic of Ireland operated stores, offices, warehouses and delivery fleets became carbon neutral from 1 January 2012, while operations also achieved zero waste to landfill from February 2012.
