Overview

The report launches Plan A 2020 with 100 commitments and reports nine achieved during the year. The company achieved carbon neutrality for all M&S operated and joint-venture retail operations worldwide, while reporting 566,000 tonnes of gross global CO2e emissions before offsets. It reports 85,831 employees worldwide and women held 29% of Board places as of March 2014. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over selected Plan A commitments.
