Plan A Report

Overview

The report describes M&S's first year of Plan A 2025, with progress across wellbeing, community and planet priorities. It reports 2017/18 location-based operational emissions of 430,000 tonnes CO2e, down 33% from the 2006/07 baseline, while UK and ROI operations recycled 100% of generated waste. The report also records progress toward broader value-chain climate, sourcing and zero-waste goals. DNV GL independently assured 40 highly material commitments and five indicators.
