ESG Report

The report describes M&S's 2023/24 ESG progress, including a 33% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions against the 2016/17 baseline and total group energy consumption of 1,458,769 MWh. It reports 70% verified recycled polyester in Clothing & Home products and 55% of Board directors as female. M&S also sets out its commitment to become net zero across its entire value chain by 2040.
