ESG Report

The report launches Plan A 2030 as the next phase of its ESG strategy and commits M&S to reach net zero across its value chain by FY 2039/40. It reports 2025/26 location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 335,136 tonnes CO2e, a 38% reduction against the 2016/17 baseline. The report also records 60% female representation on the Board and continued progress across responsible sourcing, circularity, wellbeing and community partnerships.
