The report describes 2018 revenue growth to £491.0 million, supported by the Edenhall acquisition and CPM integration. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 43,559 tonnes CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 10,670 tonnes CO2e, while committing to the Science Based Targets Initiative. Health and safety performance improved, including a 61 per cent reduction in working days lost, and ISO 45001 accreditation was gained across the UK businesses. Board gender diversity reached two women, described as meeting the 2020 target of at least 33 per cent female representation.
