Overview

The report describes a challenging 2023, with Group revenue of £671.2 million and restructuring actions to reduce capacity, costs and net debt. It reports a new ESG governance structure, including a Board ESG Committee, and revised Group carbon targets submitted to the SBTi for validation. Sustainability initiatives included solar arrays at five locations, 16 new Environmental Product Declarations, CarbonCure deployment and a digital health, safety and environmental compliance system.
