Integrated Management Report

Overview

The report presents Martifer Group's first Integrated Annual Report prepared on a consolidated basis and aligned with ESRS/CSRD. It introduces a double materiality analysis, reports 26 136.24 MWh total energy consumption with a 1.31% renewable share, and quantifies Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions under location- and market-based methods. It also reports 103,126 m3 water consumption, 12,300 tonnes of waste, and an average workforce of 1,598 employees in 2024.
